  Super fast checkin (~1min only signed already filled form). Free shuttle bus every 30mins. Very convenient location. Some reviewers wrote about some problems with the access cards. I saw that the system is similar with another located in London where the issue was that I kept my cart together with Oyster so my recommendation is to keep it separate ... what people say » from any magnetic cards. - very very friendly staff, helpful and always had a smile

  The staff was excellent and we ate at the hotel and the food was excellent as well. When I'm in Brussels again I will be back to your hotel. Thanks for everything. - The staff was friendly and spoke English. The shuttle was convenient and free. We were glad to have a pool. The room was nice.

  The hotel is very nice! Very nice big bed and good quality of bedding (pillows, cover). After the booking was done unexpected I had to take my (2) kids to the trip. I was not charhed anything extra for them! Thanks! - Large room with flat screen tv. Enjoyed the free drinks from the mini bar. Nice bathroom. Would definately stay again.
