  The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room.   Beautiful rooms, very lovely friendly staff. Service was excellent, they could not do enough for you! We were even able to check in at 10am from an early flight; we were expecting to store our bags and traverse the city for the day!! The restaurant has good food too! - When we first entered the lobby, we fell in love with it immediately. Luxurious ... what people say » and cozy at the same time. The room was clean and tidy with enough space to store our shopping goodies. Our bed was very comfortable. The crew was very friendly and helpful as well.
