  The location of the hotel was great- very close to the station, though I did go out the wrong door and get lost for a while. Oh well! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did arrive early and was happy to leave my luggage and go for a walk, but no they found me a room immediately and I was soon settled in. Othe staff helped me with internet... what people say » connection later and gave me advice about getting to things I wanted to see and restaurants for dinner. Everything was spotlessly clean. My room was - The hotel is very near to Brussels Central Station . When I reached this station , there are lack of signage in English and no free map is available at station ,which its slight difficult for me to find the hotel location for the first time . On the second day , we goes around the Brussels Central tourist attraction . It's very convenient because the hotel is located within walking distance to these tourist attraction . You will not get lost when you walk around . Just in case you are lost ,

  I totally recommend this hotel! It is about a few minutes from the train station Bruxelles Central and it's next to all the shopping streets.   When we first noticed the hotel flags we were impressed by the location. The hotel is so close to the hub and centre of Brussels, we were able to walk everywhere. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming recepitionist, she was full of smiles. The hotel was, in our view, was very luxurious. The price of the accomodation was a bargain f - I've been in this hotel many times for business trip. The position of the hotel is perfect. Close to the city center (grand place etc.) and close to central station. Very very close to "La morte subite" serving the famous flavored beer and to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (glamour shopping arcade). Free wifi, clean room (I don't like the choice of the colors of some rooms... too brown, but it is a very personal judgment). Great breakfast! Many good options (and I'm Italian and picky!).
