The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

There was nothing that we disliked about the hotel. Personally we prefer to be "off the beaten track" which this hotel was. It was just oustide the city centre but on the tour bus route. The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were thoughtful special offers, such as the possibility to check out at 5 on a sunday, and have the breakfast buffet as late as 12.00 on sunday: there was also possibility to select one's favourite type of pillow! which i thought was simply wonderful.

Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful.
