  Fabien is extremely friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the bed was comfy. The guest house is literally close to EVERYTHING you would want to see and experience in Brussels: be it train stations, sights, or night life.   Adorable little family run b & B. everyone was very friendly, staff and guests alike. Guidebooks and maps are always out for you to borrow during your stay. European breakfast was simple, but fresh and yummy and the couple found gluten free bread for me every day. Junior suite was a double bed, big separate sitting area and nice sized bathroom... what people say » . Located just outside the central part of the city, but next to a subway stop and a large medieval gate/tower which made it very easy to find your wa - the staf was very friendly and helpful. the room was beautιful, very romantic and very clean. The whole residence was amazing, especially the breakfast room. the metro station was at the next corner, but if feeling like walking the center of the city (Grand Place) was only 20-25min by foot.
