Clean, modern, friendly, comfortable hotel. Weekend rate including breakfast was very good value for money. Breakfast was delicious and breakfast hours were generous. Late checkout on Sunday at no extra charge. Easy to reach from train station Midi/Zuid (3 stops on metro line 2). I would definitely stay there again. - Breakfast buffet was excellent

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were thoughtful special offers, such as the possibility to check out at 5 on a sunday, and have the breakfast buffet as late as 12.00 on sunday: there was also possibility to select one's favourite type of pillow! which i thought was simply wonderful.

The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.

professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late
and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late
