  The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room.   There was nothing that we disliked about the hotel. Personally we prefer to be "off the beaten track" which this hotel was. It was just oustide the city centre but on the tour bus route.
