  Rooms were clean and new. Owners Xavier and his mother (forgotten her name) were lovely people. Xavier was such a gentleman helping us with our bags up 3 flights of stairs.   On arrival at the hotel (3 hours before official check-in) we were warmly welcomed, our luggage stored and given a map and some advise on exploring the local area. If we are to return to Brussels I would not look anywhere els - Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed. Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved in advanced.

  We stayed at the apartment over the gallery and it was lovely. Very beautiful and large with a large bathroom and a separate kitchen/breakfast area on the top floor. Plus the location was fantastic, only a block from the Mannekin Pis statue and a very short walk to the main square. Oh and their cat Sushi took a liking to us and would come to visit... what people say » from time to time. From our perspective it was perfect! - The accommodation is in a superb location. It is easy to visit the pain sights and also only 5 minute walk from train station- a real plus. We stayed above the gallery and loved having a separate bedroom and dining room. The owners were very friendly and checked each day that everything had been ok. A simple breakfast but more than adequate.
