  The location of the hotel was great- very close to the station, though I did go out the wrong door and get lost for a while. Oh well! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did arrive early and was happy to leave my luggage and go for a walk, but no they found me a room immediately and I was soon settled in. My room was - The hotel is very near to Brussels Central Station . When I reached this station , there are lack of signage in English and no free map is available at station ,which its slight difficult for me to find the hotel location for the first time . On the second day , we goes around the Brussels Central tourist attraction . It's very convenient because the hotel is located within walking distance to these tourist attraction .   Only a couple of mins from Gare du Midi, this hotel was not only convenient but also clean, very comfortable and centrally located. About 20mins walk from Grande Place. The booking had not been changed as requested from 2 doubles to 1 triple, but the receptionist (manager?) offered us a family room at no extra cost. We did not use any other facilities as it was a late check in and early check out. - The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.
