  Only a couple of mins from Gare du Midi, this hotel was not only convenient but also clean, very comfortable and centrally located. About 20mins walk from Grande Place. The booking had not been changed as requested from 2 doubles to 1 triple, but the receptionist (manager?) offered us a family room at no extra cost. A welcome decision, which made... what people say » our stay even more comfortable than it would have been otherwise. We did not use any other facilities as it was a late check in and early check out. - The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.

  This is my favourite hotel in Brussels and I intend returning again and again. Excellent reduced weekend rate, quiet and safe cosmopolitan area, plenty of excellent restaurants and pubs within walking distance, easy parking in front of the hotel and free at weekends, trendy boutique hotel, warm welcome, clean room, great minibar (eventhough I didn'... what people say » t use it), friendly night porter. - I really liked the modern decour of the hotel, aswell as the very helpful staff and also I loved the Spa and the facilities within it. The hotel bar was really nice, we had some cocktails on our first night and found the bar-staff to be really friendly and helpful, all in all it was a good experience.

  I arrived early morning after a flight from New York and was courteously greeted by a staff member who invited me to relax in their lobby and have a cup of coffee while they attended to having a room ready as soon as possible despite the fact it was well prior to their official check-in time. After having travelled for nearly a month it was both ... what people say » a delight and a blessing to find a place which treated one as a human being and not merely an object from whom to extract the most money for the least - The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

  Honestly I loved absolutely everything about my stay at Pullman Brussels Midi. The room, the breakfast, the ambiance (exquisite interior decoration and design), the hotel in its totality. There were so many things that were complementary( Excellent Wifi, Premium Movies on Demand for free, Free Drinks in the mini bar re stocked daily, Sauna free en... what people say » try) and as if all this wasn't good enough I was allowed to check out of my room hours later than the original check out time. Very friendly, professi - Friendly and helpful staffs, especially the young receptionist lady who checked us in at 8am although the check in time is 3pm. Great location (especially if you have a lot of luggage and is arrive/depart from this midi Zuid station)and the City centre is just one stop away which is about 5 minutes journey. Room is clean and bed is really comfortable. Will stay there again if visit Brussels in the future

  It was a wonderful hotel. The room was huge with a huge bed as well and with an excellent view of the city. Very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, only a small walk to the main city square.
