  The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room.   Clean, modern and functional hotel. The staff were all very helpful. Great place to stay if you don't want to be in the centre ,but not to far away by taxi or underground. - The warm welcome by the hotel staff. It is nice to be remembered when you return to the hotel.
