If you arrive at Garre du Midi, you can reach the hotel simply by taking the metro on the 2 and 6 lines to Ribaucourt. The hotel is placed next to the Ribaucourt metro station. Easy access by foot to the central/pietonal zone of the city. The hotel is clean, very good breakfast, wireless access in the rooms, friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms. very clean towels changed the next morning tasty breakfast nice staff very nice design of the room 102 or 103 (cannot remember which one was it) the value for money GREAT.

Nothing. the neighborhood was a bit unfriendly we rented 2 apartments, in room 103 or 102 (the one that is further away from the stairs) the internet was not working at all. only two tea bags for two people for two days no spoon, no knife, no cups (just glasses: for tea too hot to hold) little amount of forks no sponge and washing liquid!. The bathroom drainage system was very slow and during a shower water was stagnant. There was a bad smell just out our room from moldy carpet. The cream corner sofa in the lounge could do with a good clean. It would have been nice to have sugar and teabags in the room. Rooms on front of building were noisy. The curtains did not block the street lights. Parking is on the street and dependant on availability of spaces nearby. Shower head was only partially functional and the wall-mounted showerhead holder was upside down. Sofabed was uncomfortable for sleeping with a bar in the middle. We had to pay for accommodation on day of arrival, few dishes in the kitchen. No microwave, what is more easy to warm my daugther milk. No secure parking. -. nointercom or phone facility in the apartment. For the money - you get what you expect! It is a basic place. I only stayed one night, as a solo traveller I wouldn't have stayed any longer. The area isn't the best either.... so hard to find somewhere to pop out for dinner too. Your better off jumping on the tube into the centre. Cleanliness was not great. Rugs were very dirty looking. Used cleaning rags were left in our room on multiple occasions. Fire safety is also an issue here. The elevator seemed to be the only way out from the upper floors. We tried to take the stairs out, but the exit doors were locked. The building is on a very busy street. Our room was facing the street and we heard noise all night (sirens, car horns, etc.). Not the best neighborhood. The power kept going out in the bedroom & bathroom. The shower leaked all over the floor each time it was used. The phone at the front desk didn't work so they couldn't call a taxi when I needed them to. The TV didn't work & the free wifi only worked in one area of the room. Neighboorhood. - poor heating - small bathroom - holes on the walls even on the ceiling. Dampness in room Smell in rooms Poor quality furnishings Facilities not as advertised Stairs down that led to a locked door - dangerous in the case of a fire. Cold room, staff with poor english, no towels on the first day and I asked for a new one, and they gave a really small towel. I will not stay here again. This outfit should not be on public registers like booking. Just read through some comments, and stay away !. Electric sockets hanging loose out of wall, blood stains on broken curtains, lighting not working, shower broken, dirty and extremely scruffy and run down, and not to mention the smell..... It was terrible and windows broken. Breakfast was just awful..... I think minus stars should be given here... Got charged more money upon arrival. Staff forgot that my friends had already paid for their room five minutes after they paid. After paying nearly as much for a single room as my friends paid for a four bed loft, we found our room had a broken window. We were charged extra money for having two people in our room, but were still only provided amenities for one.
