Localisation, very close to the all European Commission buildings what I needed mostly, friendly owner, conditions in the appartment adequate to the price. It's not a hotel, it's a studio appartments, very usefull! With kitchen. Excellent, helpful staff at reception/office. Will use it again. - Personnel sympa - Situation. The flat itself was very nice and good location. But the actual building is a bit dilapidated and needs modernising and a lick of paint wouldn't be wasted.
