I was really very pleasant surprised of the quality, service, room,staff of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there, it was the besthotel that I stayed in when I was in Brussels! I will definitelly try togo to the same one next time. Great facilities such as sauna, bathrobes and fitness for this price. Very big room and bed. Good price for internet use per day. Very courteous and professional staff made me feel very welcome and attended to all my requests.

I came downstairs at the time reserved, and the receptionist said that the cab driver left and would be back in 5 minutes. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for the taxi and was 15 minutes late for the meeting. The receptionist should have ensured the taxi was there on time.The wash basin in the room was a bit discoloured. Very expensive breakfast. They charged my credit card used at check-in...even though I paid cash when I checked out!. Breakfast is 20 EUR.the location, there's just one tram which brings you to the city center. Heating in the rooms is complicated to regulate. Internet connection needed to be paid in the room though you could use it free of charge in the lobby. Breakfast rather simple for a 4 star and second day breakfast was in theunderground floor, not very charming.The soundproofing was not good. Metro station 20 minutes on foot. No wi-fi at rooms, regardless advertising.Do not get confused and head towards Avenue Spaak...totally different location !. The parking.I saw on the hotel website there is coffee / tea in the room but did not really have this in my room. the room was cold. I arrived late but no room service was available (being a sheraton is not an added value). The hotel makes too much profit on telephone bills. I was charged more than 300 euros for calls that would have costed less than 30 euros per international standards The hotel should post a clear warning for international visitors if it wants to keep its lucrative telephone billing system. Poor sound isolation - street noise and sounds from inside kept me up quite late. The hotel is so far away from train station, if walk to hotel, it will cost you about 40 mins. not in the center uncomfortable mattress ( very very bad mattress ) very noisy and no sound isolation. entering and leaving of the parking garage . Free Internet access is only at the lobby. It is inconvenient. Poor internet services. heating only through air-condition system (noisy), no heating in the bathroom, beds are too short, unpersonal atmosphere, WLAN costs 10€/hour in the room (only in the lounge limited free access is possible).

Take E19 and then take Exit 12 and turn right twice. Go straight on Ch. de Haecht and proceed on Royal Street until you reach the Palace of Justice. Take Avenue Louise and proceed 2 traffic lights and turn left. Fifty meters ahead, turn left again.

From South
Take E19 and then take Exit 13 (Drogenbos). Turn right and follow for approximately 7 Kilometers until you reach Avenue Louise. Proceed 2 traffic lights and turn left. Fifty meters ahead, turn left again.

From East
Take E40 and at the end follow "Centrum". After tunnel proceed straight to inner city ring and turn left. After approximately 2 Kilometers, exit Place Louise. Turn Left onto Avenue Louise, proceed 2 traffic lights and turn left. Fifty meters ahead, turn left again.

From Ostend/Great Britain
