Hotel style, service were perfect. The idea - "you book the room,we plant a tree" is great aded value to nice hotel. I recomended it to my coleagues.

We opted for a 3 beded room and these rooms are located on Ground level till 3 floors below. While there is one small window, if you are claustrophobic, then opt for a different room format.

Our car was towed away and the staff kindly helped us in several ways.

The dirts on my pillow also linen, the smell of the towels, they are not very pleasant.

The size of the room and bathroom were great. It was very clean and large bed. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Will stay again!

Access to the car on Sunday and Monday being for a one hour period over lunch. This needed to be advertised more.

The atmosphere was excellent, will total silence in the room. Great view.

I had one problem though. My bank account was charged twice for this booking and I don't know who to talk too as the hotel has no answers to that. Very disappointed in this regard.

Great location for seeing Brussels, staff were very friendly, room quiet and bed super comfy so had a great sleep.

Shower fixing is only at a low level instead of the regular shower arrangement

Only minor things - the fact that my room was in the basement with little light from a small lightwell. One light switch was a bit loose. In the bathroom there was just one towel hook and no place to put the soap.

The location is close to all the main sights. Also, the shopping mall is nearby.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. The room was excellent - especially the black out shutters! Amazing shower. Breakfast was brilliant too - a good range. Definitely would recommend this hotel to other people.

the design and the facilities most friendly staff and the fact that it was very near the metro station and the city.apart from a few small things it was the best hotel!

it was near the poor area and not v safe at night and i was told that if i had booked directly through the hotel i would have got the free parking which i could not get by booking through letsbookhotel.com which i was not told before.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. There were not many facilities, but there were computers to use free of charge.

There wasn't much fresh fruit at breafast, just oranges and apples (as well as prunes).

The bed& beddings were so comfortable, I loved the black out shuttles, the coffee and tea in room, that they provided tissues in the bathroom, and the shampoo and shower gel was such nice quality and there was hot water in an instant!

Everything was very clean, but the shower tiles (in the corners) could have been a bit more cleaner.

Very interesting architecture and design of the hotel. Reasonable prices.Good WiFi connection for free - which is what I need.

The toilet was not very clean. Early morning there was no hot water - just slightly warm after long run. Maybe by some accident - later it was O.K.

Everything. Loved the bed, so comfortable. Breakfast was simple but with enough variety and was very nice. Best of all, it was not the typical breakfast of sausage and bacon with coffee. The croissants, pastry and cereal were excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely recommend staying here.

The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

At first we were a bit unsure about the location but it was fine once we were able to orient ourselves.

Clean and comfortable hotel located not far from train station near metro station. We had booked two twin room for whole family. It was great for us.

Entrance street was not good, trash was everywhere.
