  The excellent location near the city's center. Very friendly and helfpful staff and the fantastic medieval decor within the hotel. I can only recommend this hotel! - Everything - the location, the room, the service, the breakfast, the cleaniness. Exceptional front desk staff. Will be heading back in the next few months.

  Sofia and her husband, Chris gave us a very warm welcome with the offer of a beer. Our suite was large, designery, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There were numerous small details that turned our stay from very pleasant into lovely. The breakfasts were wonderful and kept us going all day but there were invariably treats awaiting us in our ro... what people say » om when we returned after a day's sightseeing. Sofia was very helpful at suggesting restaurants and made reservations on our behalf every evening. Th - First and foremost, order the breakfast here - it is amazing and one of the best I've had while travelling. The facility is extremely nice - big clean rooms with a really nice pool area and comfortable common areas. It is located a couple of blocks outside of Bruges old town and it is a delightful 15 minute walk to the main square. Parking was easy & the neighborhood has everything you could ask for. It is an especially ideal place for families. They even provide small bathrobes for the kid
