We stayed for one night after booking last minute in Belgium. It was a very pleasant stay in Bruges. The hotel is in a superb location with very cheap parking on your doorstep. The hotel itself is lovely. It was clean, modern, and presented really well. Breakfast was very nice. I'd definitely recommend it for a stay in Bruges which was also delightful. Friendly and helpful staff, a nice big quiet room at the top of the house, an excellent breakfast served in the restaurant and secure parking at a reasonable price close by. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and only a short walk into the centre.
all reviews » This is boutique hotel looks new and gorgeous. The decor is lovely and the rooms are spacious. I always like having a pair of chairs or sofa in a hotel room. Adding towel hooks in the bathroom and a soap dish in the shower would be great!. The room was lovely, comfortable, and with a brand new well appointed bathroom. Breakfast was, at only Euros 5, great value too. Underground parking opposite the hotel was very convenient Bruges city is a must-see destination. It was a short walk from the rail station and easy to find. The room was comfortable and cute. The bathroom was fully equipped, modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved our room and shower... breakfast great and the staff were brilliant! Really easy to get from the train station and close to town. Fab stay!. Friendly, helpful staff. As car park is severely monitored by a guard, it is safe to park car close by hotel and was very convenient. The food was great. The location was fantastic. Liked the qurkyness of the room and bathroom and general daycor was nice. nice place. good service. It's not too easy to find if driving so do some research before you go!. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. The hotel, its bistro, and the city are great, but beware of "unusual" habits in a restaurant in The Market Sq. Never before have I paid extra for bread to go with soup, chips to go with a steak, or the cream sauce to go with a starter of Mussels, followed by an unsuccessful attempt to add a Euros 30 tip to Euros 101 bill after a 45 minute between courses. The waiter claimed "That's how it is in The Market", so look out. the only thing I can think of: towels were a bit old, tearing apart, but still very clean. While the location was great the con of it was the noise. I don't think any of us got more then a few hours of sleep. No air meant opening the windows but even with them closed the noise level was sleep eluding. On lift and steep narrow stairs might be an issue for some. todo esta bien / all it's ok. The springs in the matras were a little bit hard. breakfast from 9 or 10 am therefore we couldnt make it because we had to leave at 8.30 (and hungry). nothing. Uncomfortable double bed. Although I asked to put crib in advance and asked to set room lower floor as the hotel doesn`t have a lift, they were not checking my request. However, they help carry luggage up and brought a crib later, so it was not a big deal. Reception you had to walk though a very busy restaurant would be better if they had a separate reception at the back of the restaurant. Big complaint was the bed was very hard my boyfriend had trouble sleeping. without elevator, it will be a big trouble if you have one more largage.
