Our central location right in the heart of the Europa Sport Region makes us an ideal starting point for all your activities.

We are only 2 minutes away from the lake and the town centre. In summer numerous walking paths and bike trails start at our doorstep. In addition, we are pleased to be able to offer you a 30% reduction in green fees at both 18-hole golf courses in Zell am See and further reductions at other courses in the area through the Golf-Alpin-Card.

In winter we are right at the slopes - you don’t need a ski bus and you have a free and secure parking space right in front of the house.

Room information details

All our rooms are new or recently refurnished and offer every comfort. They are all between 20 and 35 m², and some have a balcony. You have a choice of either category I and category II and category III rooms (the former being slightly smaller, the latter being slightly larger, with some offering a balcony).

Travelling information

By train:

Exit the ticket hall of the train station, turn left and walk up the small hill. At the crossroads, cross straight over onto Skiliftstrasse and we are directly ahead on the left. It is only a 2-minute walk.
