It was a uniq experince, the designe of the hotel reflects the life in Austria countryside and it is comfortable and nice to stay (the room we reserved is junior suite with 2 balcony it was big advantage for nice and fresh air. Also, nice view to the mountain, the location of the hotel is perfect for us because it was in the middle between schmittenhöhe (the mountain)and zell lake, the best thing about the hotel is the owners.. They are extremly nice and helpfull, they will do anything for you .

Spa Area is nice, with a couple of saunas, steam and a small pool. every things is good.. especially Mrs. Martina and Mr.Vector, they are more than helpful and they know how to treat them guest well. the very good points on them, they know the differences in cultures between the nationalities and know how to deal with it. i would highly recommended this hotel for anyone going to Zee lam see. Very pleasant small family hotel suitable for families.The staff is very friendly and open to answer to all requests.i fully recomend for families with smaller children as well as couples who want a spa escape combined with skiing. The owner of the hotel is helpful and caring and she kept saying that "we are not a hotel, but we are a family". Very good hotel, the friendly staff, good relax area - a sauna and the pool. You'll need a car,The hotel is close to the lake about 500 to 700 meter from the center, but it is located on the hill in the way to the mountain.. We had a car so I don't know about the bus but there was a bus stop near the hotell. My recomendation if you are booking in this hotel is to have a car. Absolutely nothing. bit far from the lake (down town) you will need a car. Really nothing. Bathrope and slippers are missing. I think when the hotel is fully occupied, then more staff should be provided.
