The place. The Hotels location. friendly staff. The service of the resturant staff excellent, Good selection of foods, nice balconey room with a real view. 1) Stale smoking smells in lobbies and passage ways (2) Beds to low (3) Restricted entance door to bath room (4) Smoking allowed in Resturant areas. breakfast was very poor in quality.

- Exit for Siegsdorf-Inzell. Go past Lofer, Saalfelden and Maishofen.
- In front of the tunnel, turn right towards Zell am See and after 500 metres turn left towards Thumersbach.
By following this route you are not using Austrian motorways and you therefore do not need to pay Austrian road taxes.
