The hotel is a bit far from the city but you can easily reach any place in Vienna. We prefer to go by car to the first metro station U4 - Hütteldorf. From there everything is very simple. One day parking costs 3 euros (P & R Park Place) is right next to the subway station. The hotel is ok for a few days of walking in Vienna. It is clean and the breakfast is ok. "Girls" are not a problem, do not bother with anything. Next tine we will visit Vienna we definitely will stay here.
all reviews » Despite the bad opinions for this hotel, we felt great, everything was better than, for example, Ibis hotel near Prater. The rooms were clean, pretty silent, confortable. The fact that there were prostitutes in the parking lot didn't upset us because they were not aggressive or undressed. The breakfast was excellent! Only goof things about this hotel!. Second time I have stayed in Hotel Lenas West while in Vienna... Both times got a budget-friendly prices although I booked the room just a day before arriving... Easy to find... Easy to go to the city (I was with the car...) Free parking spots... Breakfast included in the room price, wi-fi free and working in the room... It is really a great value for the price for budget minded travellers. If you only require a clean room with its own bathroom,so you don't have to share with other people,then it is a great choice for an affordable price.The breakfast buffet is also a good value for the price I paid.I really liked the professional approach of staff there. One of the staff (a very kind receptionist) she is one of most wonderful professionals I have ever met at the reception of any hotel in the world. I thank her a lot for her kind support. H.Kosumi. No air conditioned in the rooms. not a big disadvantage, just that at the time of breakfast when the plates had run out, the replacement with new plates took a little while. -looks un-safety area, but its ok -a lot of prostituates in the parking, not suitable for minors. Yes, the parking lot did have prostitutes from about 4pm on into the night; howwver, that did not cause a problem for us as we did not have children along. I never saw so many prostitutes outside the hotel, they were literally running out in front of our car and hotel is a little bit far from the nearest metro station. It is far from the center or the ring where all attractions are almost there, you need to take a metro till the last metro station then take a bus. However, the bus stop is in front of the hotel which is ok taking into account that the hotels in the center are more expensive. A little bit far away from the city transport facilities. During our stay it was very hot at night and the air conditioners were not working. The "ladies" in the parking lot are still there... And the air-conditioning is still out of order. Its location is a little bit far from the city center (12 km) but if you travel by car that is no problem at all. Quite far from the center. The bus runs only once an hour!! Distance from center,only suitable if you have business nearby,completely unsuitable for families as it is a common spot for prostitutes. Lot of prostitutes in near area, but was interesting to watch :). The restaurant closes at 8.00pm. This hotel is quite far away from the city centre. In their website, it said taking the bus no.151 but acctually it should be the bus no.50B. As a result, we have to walk about 10mins. It is more suitable if you have a car. window is broken I can't close tightly lts a little cold at night. The hotel it is not easy to find even with GPS. It is "surrounded" by prostitutes after morning .... Prostitutes around the hotel. We were shocked and appalled by the prostitutes that were "working" in front of the entrance to the hotel. The hotel looks shabby from the outside with unkempt gardens. This does not reflect the maintenance on the inside. The staff was not so friendly, I may even say that they were rude, they treat you like they paid you to stay there not the other way around, pity! You are treated like a thief, you must pay upfront the booking not after as is normal... I didn't liked it from this point of view. near the hotel there is the point for prostitutes.
