  Everything was to my liking, even the transparent shower, which I know some people find a bit odd but you are forewarned if you do your research. Loved the location which was within walking distance of a great many must see places and shopping opportunities if that's your thing. Very close to public transport too. Wait staff in the Brasserie were... what people say » very keen to meet all needs if possible. Was very pleased with my choice of hotel in Vienna. - The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground. The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra. My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

All the staff was helpful, quicj to respond to the booking made by the website and fluent in English. I would like to "reward" Christina (short hair lady at the front desk) she was extremely kind & helpful on my requests. I needed to go to a pharmacy on a sunday and the staff at the reception was very helpful with finding the closest one. Although the best part was that the subway station was super close as well as shops and bakerys. Transport is easy and the city perfectly accesible within a couple of minutes. Would always stay there again

  We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

  Beautiful, modern, pleasant hotel, located literally across the street from the airport. It was 5 min walk from my room to the departure area. Booked the business class room -115 euros. Breakfast cost 19 euros! (I didn't do this) but there was free coffee service in the room (hot pot, instant coffee). Lunch buffet at 25 euros- was great!
