Arriving at the Berwald I was met by the charming and welcoming hostess Katharina. I had a choice of two rooms which were both very comfortable. Our room was extremely clean, comfortable, well furnished and with mindblowing views of the Alpbach area. Breakfast was excellent. Katharina and her family willingly attend to your every wish to ensure your stay is memorable for all the right reasons. We didn't want to leave, but we shall be back next summer.

There was heavy snow, so in the morning we had trouble moving the car around and the owner went to the extent of paving gravel on the road and taking out our car for us. I don't think we could ask

The lady was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The free parking was much appreciated and the room was nice. The breakfast was also very good and we really enjoyed our stay there.
