  Lovely elevated location with stunning views. Good sized family room and very friendly staff. Sankt Johann was a great base to stay and we also enjoyed Kitzbuhel, Zell-Am-See and Innsbruch - all of which we visited by train. - Local cuisine, sauna area, evening dinner atmosphere

  Stayed for 3 nights in this very nice guesthouse. The owner and staff were very accomodating and friendly, the rooms like small apartment were great with fantastic views.   The hotel was brilliant - Great food, lovely staff and really clean. It is a bit outside Ischgl - but to be honest after a day on the slops it is nice to get back to the hotel and relax - so we missed out on nothing. We had a car - so didn't use the ski bus - but it is really convenient.

  We had an incredibly comfortable week here. The Tyrolean styled apartment has a kitchen with dining table, coffee machines; microwave, TV etc. We were given an ample welcome basket of; meat, bread, milk, butter, cheese yoghurt, eggs, muesli, fruit, preserves and coffee for the pod machine. Another flat screen TV in the bedroom, cosy bed, desk, sp... what people say » otless bathroom with towel changes daily if required and ample storage. The views from the balcony areas are fabulous. The town is nearby with plenty - The whole experience from the day of arrival to a very reluctant departure departure. The accommodation was well located within easy walking distance of all the local attractions, activities and public transport being very well appointed and comfortable. The scenery around the hotel was stunning. The owners were helpful and considerate.

  We loved everything about our stay. We were warmly greeted by the front staff upon arrival and whenever passing by the desk. Our room was ample in space with a large sitting area, double closet and two room bath (toilet is a separate room). We also had a balcony that overlooked the Swartzsee. We had a hand written note on the table welcoming us to our room with an apple and a - The rooms are with a great new design, bathroom is large and great material has been used. Location is perfect to swim in the Schwarzsee (2 minutes), so leave for hiking or other nature activities.
