  Friendlyness of staff, location just perfect, 5 minutes walking into the historic old town of graz and just next to the fresh farmers market. Athmosphere was great, the right mix of regional, clean, and not too sophisticated at the same time. We had rented the 2 bedroom appartment and were very happy. We had a bright,quiet and good size room. Had a fabulous stay....

  Wonderful, friendly reception, it feels like visiting a relative.
