  The price was quite good for the area, and the hotel offers 4-person rooms for families with kids, which can sometimes be hard to find. Our group had one quad and two doubles, all with lovely balconies. The included breakfast was quite nice. We were only there for one night, on our way from Germany to the Italian Alps. No real wow factor for this hotel, except for - Good location for the nearby Mieders Coaster (down hill ride) which was the purpose of the stop over. Called ahead as we were going to arrive at midnight and keys and instructions were left in a gift bag at the rear of the hotel. Rooms had balconies which caught the morning sun.

  We loved our (too) short stay of 4 days. The room was excellent, the food was superb and the owners were so friendly and helpful (even putting themselves out to help us). We spent our time hiking, using a different cable car each day. The Stubai Card was therefore excellent value and so much more convenient than having to "pay" for each trip.   Super clean hotel, you need to bring your own sleepers as you won't allow to wear your shoes in. We stayed in the top floor family room with 2 bedroom and a living room with great view. We decided to stay 1 more night. The breakfast was nice too. Need to pay cash for the hotel, but not a problem for us. You can do laundry here without extra charge... what people say » . The lady insisted to do the laundry for us. Very close drive (15-20 mins) from ski resort. You can go in the summer for the view too. Great place &a - The owner is a very friendly and helpful lady who really makes you feel at home. Wonderful glass-fronted breakfast room with fantastic views of the mountains. Very good value for money.

The mountain lifts to Schlick2000 are in 7 minutes drive and Stubai Glacier –in 15 minutes drive by car or ski-bus from the hotel. You can - It was our dream to stay in such a fairy and magical home in Alps. And dream came true! Our hosts are extremely nice and hospitable people. The room is cozy, the mountain view is unbelievable, alpine meadow with caws and fragrant grass and flowers - unforgettable! Special thanks for fresh milk for breakfast. It was amazingly tasty! We were really happy to stay there :)
