We booked a quadruple room for 4 (3 sisters over 20 and our mom). The room was spacious with a large balcony that overlooked the mountains. The balcony is enclosed but has large windows that open up. The room had a double bed, and 2 single beds pushed together. I was a bit concerned about booking a quadruple room for 4 adults but it was perfect. The hotel is very clean and everything is new. It feels very fresh. The bathroom is big. We only spent one night in Innsbruck and arrived during a heat.
all reviews » Very central hotel - couldn't be closer to shops and the old town. Helpful staff. We arrived at mid-day and our room was already ready. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage space. Good internet connection. The hotel has a check-in machine in the lobby, so you can arrive at any time. We had a small room facing the street, but the sound-proofed windows meant we had very little street noise. Tram and bus stops are right outside, so easy to get to airport or station on public transport. Great little hotel in a great location, easy walk to the old town & cable car up the mountain. Our room was large with a gorgeous view to the alps. The bathroom was modern & clean. Really good all round for the reasonable price we paid. The guy at reception was very helpful with advice on things to see & a nice place for dinner. We visited the cute cafe next door for breakfast & thought the food & coffee were excellent. 3-star, you kidding me? This is the best 3-star hotel I ever stayed at. Friendly staff, great location, and most importantly, the rooms are SUPER clean! Our quadruple room happens to have a balcany and since we were a group of young travelers, it was a huge blast for our nightly drinking fest. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Innsbruck. This is a top choice in my opinion, My second stay here was just as good as the last. Will always consider returning here when travels take me to Innsbruck. The room I stayed was very cute and clean. It is just 5 minutes of walk to the old city and 7-9 minutes of walk to Congress Center. The bus and tram station is just in front of the hotel. It can be quite noisy with windows opened. The hotel is on one of the busiest streets in Innsbruck. There is no air conditioning, and we were there during a heatwave, so we had to have the windows open. The street is noisy and the street lights are very bright. Sleep was impossible before 2 AM and the buses were running again at 6 AM. Paying 10 Euro per night to park out back was a bit much. On a one-way street, difficult to find even with gps. Noisy people coming in late and keeping us awake. The bed was hard and the pillows were very soft. Breakfast facility is not In-house. Electric kettle for boiling water/ making coffee not available. there is no a/c and no fridge in the room. The pillows!. Too Too hot!. No kettle, another pillow would have been nice!. No breakfast. No air conditioning. The parking. Price Expensive Breakfast. The design of some of the furniture, eg was unpacking bag and hit head on sharp corner of wall unit above. Lack of Air Con. limited facility. We went on summer, so there was no air conditioning and it was a little bit hot in the room. Elevator was not working during part of the stay. Not included breakfast. no breakfast. The name. Curtains were not light blocking - could not sleep well. No A/C. We have a disabled parking badge. Otherwise, parking might be a problem. total luck of communal spaces - there was no place for even one chair in the reception tide "corridor". Hard to find parking close.
