The location. Bus station is just few steps near the hotel, and it goes to salzburg frequently. the view from our balcony was amazing. The staff are so friendly. We had dinner in the hotel and it was so delicious. letsbookhotel.com had everything coordinated and that was great. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and the food was just fantastic.

Free bicycle but you have to book before. Free car parking but you have to take "1 " coin from the reception every time you want to go by car. The bathroom was exceptionally small even though we had booked one of the biggest rooms in the hotel. The rooms had no fans, no air conditioning, and no mosquito screens on the windows. The foof portions were not quite as large as both my wife and myself would prefer,. Nothing! except it rained all day the day we were there. N/A. Privat sitting garden in front of the lake is not in fornt of the hotel. A bit further away, which is not a big issue, but the information ahead is missing, as well as indications on spot. The pillows - but then again we are both 'fussy' sleepers!. The landlady is so cool and not helpful. Very very rude lady at the reception from the time we checked in. . The room was old furbished and the beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor like a 2 star hotel, no cookies, no fruit yogurt, no fresh fruit etc. You must sit every morning at the same table whether you like it or not !!! We also didn' t see any private beach around. They charged our child extra even it wasn' t mentioned before on booking.
