The Location was perfect for the Krampus Parade that we came to see; right in the middle of town. Though the staff wasn't the most friendliest, they accommodated our wishes. The rooms were comfortable, but they weren't anything near a standard European 4-Star; especially for the price of the room. Overall, it was a nice stay. The menu left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was good but the variety was limited. The dinner menu was very limited and pricey. I had the deer dish, though not at all gamey, it wasn't worth the EUR24.00s... The elevator good use an upgrade. If more than three people entered, it wouldn't work. It was me, my wife and out luggage and the thing didn't work. Once I got off the elevator, it operated.
