The staff here obviously know what they are doing. From check in to check out, you could see their experience/training. Even with the problem that arose, they gave three choices for a solution. These people know how to deliver excellent service in tricky situations. -

Our room was neat, clean and nicely furbished. The location was perfect to the beach which was peaceful, clean and flagged. The Staff were helpful and friendly ( Espically Jack, who was professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful, a true asset to your business - he deserves a raise). I would recommend you to anyone. -

The staff were lovely. The room was spacious and having my own dishwashing facitilites and washing machine made me feel at home. Loved the view, especially since I could see it in every room and in the shower. Loved that it was just few minutes walk from the shops. The price was reasonable too. -

Love the open plan room and kitchen is well appointed, 2 bathrooms a bonus, it's our second stay only price sometimes is dear in comparison to similar resorts -

The apartment was fantastic and very quiet. Our views to the ocean were beautiful. We had a great time staying here and would have no hesitation in recommending Waves to anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best coffee could be had at Mikki's just near the entrance to the hotel driveway...highly recommended for food, service, and of course coffee!

Despite just being a 1 bedroom apartment, it was a spacious layout with great views and accessibility to the pool. It was fantastic value and easy walking distance to the beach and even Mooloolaba. Plus it was nice and quiet, add a swim up bar and a deeper pool it would be perfect :) -
