The staff were excellent. They were warm, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and they were keen to give information on things to do, restaurants etc. The location was close to the city centre and only a couple of minutes drive from the beach, markets, restaurant strip etc. Would definitely recommend this B&B as being convenie

A very nice place to stay. The old house is very charming and gives you a sense of what B&B is all about. Iva and Russell are very kind and helpful in all respects. It is just a 10 minute walk away from Palmer Street and another 10 minute drive from Castle Hill look out. The breakfast is delicious, offering very good coffee (!), fresh fruits, cerials, toast and premium marmelade.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was in a beautiful location with a balcony overlooking the river. About 10 mins drive to Townsville but if you don't want to drive after a long journey there plenty off restaurants within a short walk . The staff were very helpful, excellent value for money.

Being so close to the Strand and the water park was the biggest selling point for us.

We stayed at the Waters Edge for six nights. The location was excellent very close to fantastic restaurants and we had a fantastic view from our room. The room was clean and comfortable. Having the small kitchen was very good. The staff where excellent. I would certainly stay there again and recommend the room to anyone going to Townsville.

I liked the size of the rooms but bed could be a king size for a couple, not much for free with the cost of the room only coffee, view was good I believe that in a casino doesn't matter how much the room cost should of had a free breakfast included

I like that it had a pool and was close to shops and take away. I stayed with 2 children and the fact that I didn't have to be in and out of a car all the time we could just walk to get food or to Stocklands was good. -
