  Location of the hotel was excellent. Close by to all shops and restaurants and also walking distance to the ferry terminals and the aquatics centre where they have a turtle hospital. Hotel was amazing, clean, modern and very big rooms. Unit cleaned daily, including the dishes (this was unexpected but pleasantly accepted). Concierge acknowledged us and our son every time, including giving him an Easter egg on Easter morning.

  Liked everything - location, food, value for money. Best thing was the staff - they were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful. Concierge/porter staff outside were so friendly and helpful, so accommodating. Would recommend Jupiters to anyone for the friendly staff alone, even without the other benefits.   I always like to stay somewhere different and this was a great find. Brand new with a real boutique property feel. Very personalised service, and great modern rooms. I travel to TSV often and the hotels there, while OK are all becoming pretty dated so this was just what the city needed.
