Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room with a large fridge and microwave. 2 Foxtel movie channels and 3 sports channels. Bathroom was sufficient with good water pressure and hot water. We were in a room at the back, so there no noise what so ever from the Hwy. Great value for money and will definitely stay again. Good location on the highway opposite the motorcycle museum. Room 2 was large,comfortable & suitable for my needs. Good reverse cycle a/c for a cold night, good bathroom with good shower. Room was quiet making for a peaceful sleep. Provision of squeegee & bucket to clean car windows was a nice touch.
all reviews » Booked a single room and ended up with a large queen bed and sofa. The shower had heaps of pressure. Owners were very friendly and helpful and were more than happy to help with directions and other info about Tamworth. Great value for money and easy to get to location. Will definitely stay here again. The spaciousness of the rooms. The provision of a microwave oven as well as a 'frig and coffee making facilities. The previous time we stayed the room also had a full kitchenette. Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The welcoming and friendliness of Managers and staff. A real great atmosphere. Bed for us was just a little to hard, however we did sleep very well both nights. Front car park and drive way is on a slope which was a bit annoying. can't say anything bad. Not their fault, but the sound of running water was quite loud and kept us awake for a while when we were trying to get to sleep for an early start next day. Nothing. The "free" WiFi sucks. My wife and I needed to simultaneously check our emails. The Wi Fi was restricted to one session and the session was either timed or had a very strict data limit. You either have WiFi or you don'T. I would have to say that they did not!. Nothing, It was all good. I had asked for a twin room but had was given a double instead, fortunately my travelling companion had not come with me to it was not a problem and the owners said they would have shifted me if there were two of us. The shower was hard to adjust to my heat preference and had a whistling noise whilst the shower was running. Nothing. Nothing happy with everything. Even though we were very comfortable we found it odd that though there was a toaster and microwave there were not any plates or microwave containers. Nothing, all was good and better. Difficult access from highway. I would have liked a shelf in the shower for my own bathing accessories. Very noisy compressors going all night right outside our door. Nothing. nothing. Nothing. pillows too hard noise from the fridge is continuous not very isolated (noise from the other rooms) - no sleep in.
