the B&B was central to the township, beautifully presented and full of character. The rooms were small, but clean, with excellent facilities.
The stay was a delight and I would say it was a highlight of our Western Australian trip. Congratulations to the owner/builder for rescuing an old icon of the area, and providing a most unique building.

This was a really quaint guest house in Margaret River. It has real character and was ideal for our 2 night stay in the area. The reception staff were very friendly. I liked the bathroom with a big stand alone bath and the little patio outside. Breakfast was also excellent. If you want something different from another "motel" type room, then it is ideal.

Immaculate facilities with a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and there was a very clean undercover BBQ area. Location is ideal for Middleton Beach and walking along the Boardwalk around Mt Clarence. Park Avenue Holiday Units were in a quiet location and the unit was very comfortable. Very highly recommended!

I was impressed by the decor, the cleanliness and the quality of the fit-out.While the room was not particularly large the abilty to access a lounge area and a 'gazebo-type' large room more than compensated for this and would be appreciated by most guests. The cleanliness and quality of the fittings is equal to the best I have seen in hotels/motels in Australia. I have recommended the establishment to all my family and some friends already.
