  The hosts were very helpful and friendly. My room was well appointed, very clean and comfortable and quiet despite being on the road into town. A short walk takes you into the lovely township of Halls Gap. Perfectly situated to explore the beauty of the Grampians/Gariwerd region.   It's only 5 mins drive to 12 apostles, although it's the isolated hotel on an unpavedroad. It might be a little bit scared for the first sight. However, It's the only road I can see alive kangaroos and there's spectacular farm view and silver star river by the cottage and BBQ equipment. It's definitely wonderful memory in my life.   Staff (owner) was amazing. There was a smell in iur room, we went down to tell her, immediately we were moved. She apologised that the new apartment wasn't as good (actually it was better) she was friendly and welcoming. She gave great advice if where to eat in town. Apartment had washer and dryer which was great.   Location to everything was excellent. Liked the idea of going next door for dinner and drinks and not have to worry about driving back to our room. - clean comfortable, restaurant right there and play area for kids, excellent. also meals were very nice. plenty of area for parking trucks.
