  Our hosts were the most welcoming you could hope for. The grounds and the gardens were superb. Our room was the perfect setting for a very special time away together as a couple. The breakfast was excellent and the dining room has a great and relaxing feel to it. Definitely would return again - The friendly welcome and just the feel of the place ... what people say » peaceful and very clean. Love the beautiful gardens. Nice close walk to the beach.   Our hostess,Jill greeted us on arrival with a cappuccino and her home baked shortbreadand gave us a map and helpful suggestions for what to do and where to eat. Breakfast was delicious and fresh and each morning Jill introduced the guests to each other so it we met some lovely international visitors.   Fantastic We looked at a few places in the Yarra ranging from high end to budget accommodation we decided on wild cattle creek after we did a review check on the 3 we liked we thought we would be safe. It was an awesome surprise when we arrived and found how cool the accommodation was clean and comfortable with a great outlook. And the staff were ... what people say » more than accommodating. Can't wait to go back in spring/summer when it will look even more amazing - Kevin and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with from our check in to our check out 2 days later... The best 1 1/2 hr wine tasting in the region.. Lotus Villa was everything that we wanted. The restaurant was exceptional. Nothing to fault. Will definately be back again soon!
