  Beautifully presented spotlessly clean, crisp clean sheets, fluffy towels and very spacious for a couple. From entering you are amazed at the attention to detail, fresh cake for afternoon tea, fresh fruit, flow - It was a lovely, comfortable, and clean place, with individuality. Well appointed and plenty of breakfast foods. Doing our own brekkie with everything provided was good.

  Staff very, very friendly. Very gorgeous cottage with very cosy atmosphere. With public transport (busstop just outside the B&B) and train to Flinders Station within 30 minutes. Nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also right by the waterfront with fantastic view over Melbourne City.   Butterfly Farm was set in lovely surroundings, and perfectly placed to enable us to vista many of the attractions along the Great Ocean Road. Our hosts - Karen and john were very welcoming and helpful. Our room had everything we could have wanted - including a fridge. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast set us up for the day !
