Good value for money, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were in town to spend time with family and only needed a bed for the night, so it met our needs very well. The little apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was easy to book, to extend our stay for a few days, and to check out -- that was all very efficient. Just enough servicing to make keeping the place tidy, without being intrusive. Fantastic location and great value. We'll definitely stay there next time we're in Melbourne.

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and gave us great tips of what to go and see. Location was in short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Grounds had great pool and our family room was perfect for our two children who asked to come back again. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Staff (owner) was amazing. There was a smell in iur room, we went down to tell her, immediately we were moved. She apologised that the new apartment wasn't as good (actually it was better) she was friendly and welcoming. She gave great advice if where to eat in town.
