  The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. Yeah it takes longer but for $3.50 return by tram to the city is a... what people say » bargain, plus "JP" picked me up in the shuttle bus upon my return to take me back to the motel. This is a fantastic service. I would not hesitate to - myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning. i cannot say enough how amazing i found this hotel, and would

  We were booked for a 2 night stay. Unfortunately we had to leave after one night due to a significant illness with my mother requiring hospitalisation in Geelong. The motel keeper was very considerate and reduced our booking to a single night. They also requested that we approach letsbookhotel.com and ask that you reduce your charge to the motel t... what people say » o a single night only. I think that this is a reasonable request under the circumstances. - The lady on the front desk was very welcoming told us the different places we might like to visit and gave us a detailed map to the locations allin all a very nice visit

  We loved it all. The cottage had Everything we needed. The fireplace and spa were perfect as was the size- just perfect for a romantic weekend away. it is walking distance to shops and cafes as well as a lot to do close by. The cottage was presented beautifully- bed was super comfy. Although a basic old cottage, it was well appointed and provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, the spa and fireplace were lovely romantic features. There was more birdsong than traffic noise.
