The whole weekend was excellent. My negative comment was of one staff member, who probably needs a bit of retraining. However the staff were great considering the storm that had ensued not long after our arrival. I partciularly was extremely imporessed by the night receptionist
Nathan. I also stayed there Christmas eve and the day after and he was
on duty on both occasions. So helpful was he that I intended to write a
letter to the managemant extolling our praise.You are fortunate to have
him and youir other staff members were helpful as well. Please pass on

closness to the beach if required.

friendly, efficient manner. Very impressed in general with the staff.
Although young, they displayed confidence and a thorough knowledge of
their roles. Spa options were very good. -

We visited the Hunter Valley for a concert on the green. The location was perfect and also allowed easy access to other wineries. Our room was upgraded on the Sunday at no extra cost. Hotel was very clean and facilities made for a relaxing weekend. Staff were very helpful -

Loved the lay-out and the proximity of everything. We had privacy but not far to walk to any of the pools or the bar/restaurant.

The hospitality was friendly. The gardens beautiful. The restaurant was superb and the room was clean, fresh and comfortable. My only complaint was there was no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands (there was body wash for the shower) of course and the tap dripped. But a simple call to reception would have had those fixed quickly I would have imagined. The rest was lovely. Had a very enjoyable birthday with my husband there and have recommended to family and friends. Will go again in near

The Mantra and surrounding restaurants are a hidden gem not too far from Sydney. Leaving the car behind and taking the ferry from Palm Beach gave us a much needed relaxing romantic trip. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The pool/spa was just bliss to use at the end of a tiring day up the mountains! The Harvest restaurant served quality food and had a lovely atmosphere, again with great staff. Whilst the Gazebo restaurant was perfect for breakfast and very well managed. Beautiful old homestead in beautiful surroundings. Sitting out on the
verandah overlooking the golf course was a highlight. Really impressed
with all the lounge areas available, even with hotel fully booked there
was somewhere to relax. We didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner
but the breakfast each morning didn't disappoint.

I loved the facilities. There was a huge selection of things to do including the pool, spa, sauna, pool table, table tennis, tennis court, guest lounge, bar, restaurant, etc. Fabulous! Our room was also larger than we expected it to be.
