  I was amazed at how easy it was to find, just literally off the freeway, yet there didnt seem to be noise from overnight traffic. The facilities were very clean and comfortable with some extra touches that made you feel welcomed. Staff were superb- nothing was too much trouble- would definitely stay again and recommend to friends - It was pretty ... what people say » good for what we needed: an overnight stay in a trip from Melbourne to Sydney (it is roughly half-way). We didn't want to stay in Albury or Wagga Wagga, so Holbrook was the next choice, and we were quite happy with it. The service was excellent.

  Room clean and tidy. Good size TV. Comfortable bed and pillow. Wall heater in the bathroom - a seller on its own! Welcoming, hospitable staff and cute resident dog! Rooms a decent size. Front and rear access to rooms - good safety measure and convenient to access car and pool. Undercover parking a major selling point for me. Has a clean pool - did... what people say » n't use it, but good that it's there. Room has aircon. Full length mirror - you'd be surprised how many places do not have one! Breakfast menu choices - We were lucky enough to stay in the bungalow which was fantastic value and to have your own space as a young family was great. Our little boy loved seeing the sheep in the yard too. The play equipment and the pool were also big hits! The owners are very friendly too, stopping to have a chat rather than just taking our money. Made you feel as at home as possible.

  We came to attend a family wedding and the Breakout Motor Inn was a wonderful venue to be able to stay. The bed was superbly comfortable and the room was well set out.   When I saw that the Alexander is beside a busy roundabout I feared the worst. I was delighted when I entered my room (number 21) to find it double glazed, cool and oh so quiet. My room contained a very comfortable queen bed and a comfortable armchair. Perfect for a little getaway. The staff are friendly and welcoming.   The reception was excellent, very friendly and helpful, explained the best places to have a meal, and the localities of same. My wife and I travelled to Coffs Harbour for Medical Specialist reasons, will have to return early in June so will stay at the Hawaiian Sands again if there is a vacancy - The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had ... what people say » everything we needed for our overnight stay on a budget. The pub across the road did indeed have great value meals and live music and the owner, Mel, was lovely to deal with. Would stay here again.
