  This was an amazing location - wonderful views of the river as it joins the sea. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Added bonus that they provide canoes for guests to use free of charge (with lifejackets etc). Also have DVDs and books you can borrow (free). Fantastic trip, wish we could have stayed longer - will definitely visit a... what people say » gain. - Very well appointed, with a proper oven and cooktop, comfortable seating (even a recliner - heaven!), relaxing verandah and lovely views over the river mouth to the ocean. Convenient to a nice cafe for breakfast and good restaurants, but would be a nice kitchen to cook in. Plenty of space to stretch out in if you were staying for a while.

  Spacious rooms, a very warm welcome and a beautiful pool and spa. We were welcomed with a glass of complimentary bubbly and when we got back to the hotel at night, we found a night cap with some chocolate waiting on us in our room.   The facilities/BBQ areas were well located, clean and easy to use. The camp kitchen was great for our gathering. The river view was wonderful and the staff were friendly. - Lovely location, very spacious and clean, self contained room overlooking the river. Sorry we were there for only one night.
