We were made to feel welcome by Heather and her husband which was lovely. The room was bigger than I had imagined (going by past motel rooms) - loved having a sofa! Breakfast on time, hot and good. The main reason we booked our stay at the Whale Motor Inn was due to the gluten free options at their in-house restaurant and it didn't disappoint! Best 3 course GF meals we have had in many years. The owners are and the staff were fantastic and the views from our room were fantastic. Will be back for a longer stay next time. -

As the motel is a bit out of town we ate at the motel restaurant. It was very nice food, steak cooked as requested. The pork belly was lovely and vegetables were perfect as well. The bed was large and comfortable and all amenities were provided. -
The rooms were quite and you could not hear your neighbours TV or upstairs visitors or traffic. Facitiliies were very clean & modern. The staff very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant was good and an easy drive into the Motel reception area.
