Set back from the street in a nice quiet location in a cul de sac so there was no passing traffic. We stayed in the Tuscan room which although it was the smallest was quite adequate. Very welcomeing, friendly, it was like you were staying in someone's house. Our host Graeme was helpful and hospitable and cooks a yummy breakfast. We came in on cold night to a warm cosy room. There was also a fire in the lounge room if you wished to sit there. We found our room comfortaleble and stayed there with a glass of wine.The first 1st photos is of the room we stayed in, so I know them to be true.

We very much liked the accommodation in the cottage. The breakfast in the main guesthouse was very much home made, plentiful and delicious. Geoff and I love staying at Peterson's Armidale Winery and Guesthouse. We are repeat visitors and appreciate the ambience, the great staff, the food and the beautifully appointed rooms. The staff were very understanding when we couldn't arrive by 2100 because of a detour because of bushfires and were more than willing to make us welcome by leaving the key and fresh milk for a cup of tea when we arrived.

Hosts Kerry and Heather were very friendly and professional, and we could see that they were doing everything they could to make our stay comfortable. One nice touch: they left us a copy of The Canberra Times just outside the door one morning, (we're from the ACT). Their breakfast menu was fantastic. We stayed at this same place during holidays last year and liked it well enough to stay here again this year.

The staff were very friendly and helped as soon as they could when our Foxtel did not work. Ironed out the problem and gave us two bottles of wine for waiting for it to be fixed. The units were very comfortable with good quality furniture and fittings. The outlook through the paperbarks was lovely. The location was so convenient with the beach a block away. Also within the block there were three restaurants (Pizza, Mix and Pasta), post office, Pharmacy, general store and a bottle shop. All with prices comparative to the big supermarkets. Brilliant walking trails. We also saw many whales from the many lookouts. It is a straight drive into the CBD. Great all round
