  Lovely outlook from bedrooms onto tropical pools/plants area. Water trickling feature was a lovely sound as well as bird song in trees. Kitchen facility area outside was novel. Pool area was also lovely. Washing facility was a real bonus. - Middle of the center of Port Douglas.   Pip and Trevor were very welcoming, the pubs, restaurants, and shops are right there at the front door step. It was a great place to stay with all the facilities you need. No need to have a car because you can walk every where.!! - Good location. Very clean.   Stayed at VSM first two weeks of October. A beautiful spacious apartment in A Spanish style; clean and cosy. Very happy with our room number 42 at the back of the block, as it was quiet and the balcony very private. VSM is at the centre of Port Douglas surrounded by a great variety of eateries for all tastes and budgets. I can recommend the Quicksilver trip to the Coral Reef, Tony's Trop - Excellent location right in the heart of main street, with shops and restaurants a short stroll from the apartment. Apartment was very comfortable and clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Host was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
