Room service available, food was great, staff lovely, close to my doctor, quiet, clean, price, staff did all they could to facilitate my needs. a couple of decent chairs with the table bedside tables for both nice hot water adequate space to move around. Friendly lady at Reception. She could not have been more helpful. Water pressure of Shower excellent. A very clean, warm and cheap motel for what they provided. Enjoyed it. Would stay here again.

Reasonably priced, good room layout and furnishings. Large space in rooms, friendly cleaning staff. It was warm Comfortable. Very good management!. I liked its position being across the road from Duntry League Golf Course, even thought I was not playing golff. Also, my room was nice and quiet, being on the end of the building. The Hotel was conveniently located for us. The office staff was friendly. Location, staff , pool, peaceful. Was nice and quiet. Quiet. The bed was nice and firm. No disable room facilities. no fault of yours----- the Dinner we were going to attend had to be postponed ,so you may see us again next year.!!??. Nothing except weather. Nothing. Cardoors banging most inconsiderately by other guests! Oriana can't stop that I suppose! No hot water to hand basin - a bit Spartan. Bathroom taps were leaking. There was no microwave oven to heat food. Double bed was small and hard, no electric blanket, soap in squeeze bottles too hard for older hands to manage. Restaurant staff not at all welcoming. Level of lighting low for reading. Didn't appear to be any soap for the shower. Pump pack of shampoo only. Nothing. nothing. Office staff , under pressure, lost that all important smile. Inadvertantly booking the wrong date. Intended to book for the Saturday night of June 1, 2013 but somehow it came out as Friday May 31 on the internet booking. Bars of soap would be preferable to the wall bottle of soap. The room was dirty, dead blow flys all along the large front window. Bathroom sink was green. Coffee cup wasn't washed properly. Owners need to address this with their cleaning staff. I booked two rooms 1 was fine but I got the one that was the size of a shoe box air con didn't work, bed hard, needed a paint to bring it into 21st century . airconditioner didnt get cool. No towel rail, and only 1 chair for a couple. The airconditioner was noisy the pool was cloudy and had duck poo around the edges the traffic was loud at night when we ordered our meal we had I meal cooked the other never arrived had to bring it to staffs attention the male in the office when complained did mot care. Room was a smoling room and we don't smoke - everything including all the linen and towels smelled very strongly of cigarettes as did the room when closed up. There was a very disctint drain smell coming from the bathroom - we kept the door shut at all times. Will not stay there again.
