  Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. We are so busy with work and live apart from each other we definately hope to do it again ... what people say » one day we deserve it. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean.   My three daughters and I checked into Meriton Serviced Apartments - Broadbeach for a 5-day vacation in Gold Coast. The staff was efficient in completing the necessary paperwork for check in and check out. Daily housekeeping was excellent. The location is ideal; a short walk to the bus stop and to Pacific Fair Shopping Ce - Do not stay anywhere else!! This is the perfection place to stay. Broadbeach is a real upmarket place with plenty of bars and restaurants. It is more low key and not as commercial as Surfers, which really suited us. Surfers is only a 30 minute walk along the beautiful beach. The staff at the Meriton are excellent. They helped with all our queries and booking trips and excursions.   Excellent room with kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea! We were on the 13th floor so had amazing views of the coast! Very clean and comfortable and a great price for the room / location! A 15 / 20 minute walk to surfers paradise where all the bars / restaurants / amusement arcades / shops are, and the same in the other direction to pacific ... what people say » fair shopping center... If it's too warm to walk there is a bus stop outside the hotel door to surfers, or a 5 minute walk to bus stop to pacific fair - All of it, the views, the rooms were spacious and inviting. The area it is in is fabulously close to everything, We literally parked for the whole week. I feel mean only marking the staff GOOD but I literally did not need them or see them other than entering and leaving the resort. They were friendly without being intrusive. Just lovely.

There was no rush to take my car away after I checked out. I appreciated a little extra time. The restaurant was quiet and the food and service were excellent.   I personally can't say enough about this place. The lovely ladies at reception are so friendly and service with a smile. I was with my teenager daughter - I felt safe here. Everything we needed was close by. The staff are friendly. Woolworths is across the road. Loved it !!!!
