  We loved the view and balcony from the two bedrooms and lounge looking out over the beach and ocean. The apartment and complex was spotlessly clean and comfortable and it was very handy for our teenagers having the 7/11 convenience store downstairs along with the coffee shop and Subway.   All of it...We stayed in one of the penthouses and it was so nice, relaxing and private. We just wished it stopped raining so we could get in the roof top spa. - The room was very spacious and everything was provided. The 3 different themed pools were great also.

Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation. Location is great, its close to the beach, all the shopping at Pacific fair, a great central local etc, and still close to the hussle and bussle of Surfers... Not to mention great for all the local Resturants, and Oasis Shopping Center... I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

  I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. He is the reason I will definit... what people say » ely going back and recommending the Q1 to my friends. But all the staff were really great and the pool was awesome to. - Q1 is amazing! I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back! Not mention our view from level 53 was SUPERB! Words cannot even describe! Thank you, to all the staff for making us feel at home:)
