This is the perfection place to stay. Broadbeach is a real upmarket place with plenty of bars and restaurants. It is more low key and not as commercial as Surfers, which really suited us. Surfers is only a 30 minute walk along the beautiful beach. The staff at the Meriton are excellent. They helped with all our queries and booking trips and excursions. Older building but apartment 15 had high quality fittings and was a real surprise inside. Great view and a decent balcony. If all apartments in the building are equiped and fitted out in the same manner then this is an ideal destination. Great value and attentive service from management. All in all, would stay there again.

A lovely retro-styled hotel,excellent location if you are flying out of the Gold Coast airport (the room fee includes a free airport transfer). I like the hassle and stress free convenience that the hotel offered. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. We were on the 14th floor as I had requested a great view and was stunned by how good it was. We could see right out over the ocean and to the left a view of the boating channel. Laurie and Caroline were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Bayview is far enough away from the busy Surfers Paradise but close enough to theme parks, shopping, walks and other attractions. The apartment was beautifully kept and a good size.
