Do not stay anywhere else!!
This is the perfection place to stay. Broadbeach is a real upmarket place with plenty of bars and restaurants. It is more low key and not as commercial as Surfers, which really suited us. Surfers is only a 30 minute walk along the beautiful beach. The staff at the Meriton are excellent. They helped with all our queries and booking trips and excursions. A lovely retro-styled hotel,excellent location if you are flying out of the Gold Coast airport (the room fee includes a free airport transfer). Can not speak highly enough about Surfers Beach Resort One. Upon arrival, my girlfriend and I commented on the cleanliness of the apartment.
